Advanced Code of Conduct

The 10th annual Franchisee Conference of Advanced National Services in February 2007 marked a transition time for the maturity of the Group.  Born of the realisation that grear Organisations are based first on commonly held values before profit, the Conference focussed its energy on articulting a set of values that Franchisees and Franchisor could embrace and be empowered by.

The end result, achieved in a spirit of great accord by the Group, was the Advanced Code of Conduct.

To achieve sustainable growth and maturity requires mutual support, a healthy exchange of views and embracing the power of diversity.  This is one of the great strengths of our franchise system that protects and supports the Advanced family and which manifest itself in creating the Advanced Code of Conduct, which says:

Demonstrate INTEGRITY in all dealings
Exercise all-inclusive TEAMWORK
Be PROFESSIONAL in COMMUNICATING with each other
